*editors note because of this 3 month investigation Kelly Ray Levin has posted in a Rants and Raves group attempting to deflect from himself and obtain sympathy. But he is really just a mentally un-stable dangerous guy. For this reason we have filed a complaint with the Twin Falls Fair Board to protect the children of the magic valley.

After Fleeing Michigan Kelly Ray Levin AKA Kelly Ray Lee came to Oregon and commited four felonies of theft in the 2nd degree. He has been in prison or on the run for most of his adult life.

Anyone in Idaho can go by any name they want legally but when they obtain a mortgage, file a public document open any financial accounts etc under an alias it becomes a crime.
As of 4/4/2025 This guy in my opinion is, mentally unstable, life long fraudster and has become aware of the criminal investigation because the women he claims to be his wife Misty Dawn Angel Baker aka Misty Dawn Ontiveros aka Misty Dawn Angel Lee has close relatives in Local Law Enforcement.
Misty has a Looooooooong Criminal History, with multiple alias and the story will be revealed in the timeline below.

Kelly Ray Levin was incarcerated in Idaho Department of Corrections on 1-15-2015 He had been on the run since 2012 on Multiple Grand Theft and Theft by Deception Charges.

Kelly Ray Levin was paroled sometime in 2018 the first public record we have found of Kelly Ray Levin becoming Kelly Ray Lee is 12-07-18 when he filed and assumbed business name for KL Properties LLC 4500 W. ESCALANTE DRIVE EAGLE, ID 83616 This is notable because the property was owned by Evan Lee another felon with a long rap sheet in Idaho and a former fellow inmate at the Idaho Department of Corrections. Of course also with the Sir name of LEE.

Charged in Cassia County but true identity not revealed. Kelly Lee Aka Kelz was arrested and booked in Cassia County on 8-23-19 the case was later dropped after the court ordered a pshycological evaluation and determined he was mentally ill.

You can’t be a legitimate charity if you fraudulently opened the charity and therefore cannot obtain liability insurance for a public event or enter into a contract with Twin Falls County Fair.

Thank you Tammy for the message and tip, It didn’t occur to me until you pointed it out. Kelly Ray Levin the actual person pretending to be Kelly Lee was on Parole until 12/20/23 had the jail in Cassia properly identified him in 2019 or the jail in Twin Falls county in 2020 he would have been in violation of his parole and sent back to prison. I agree with your question how did this happen twice?
