We have opened a new case on this con-artist operating out of Montana with ties to Idaho, Arkansas and South Dakota.
Joseph Leeroy Vanzant born 1982 is currently being sought to answer multiple civil suits regarding fraudulent activities in Flathead County, Montana.
He was most recently arrested in Minihaha County, South Dakota for delivery of a controlled substance.
He has operated as Vanzant Concrete LLC in Montana as is being sued civilly as well as investigated criminally.
